No Numbers and certain items

Hi all,

Loved the first iteration of rs3 mobile. Got me back to playing the game since last year.

Current issues:

- no numbers of items in inventory or bank
- certain item icons not loading in bank or inventory.

Using an samsung S20. Apart from reinstalling the app is there any other ideas as to how to fix these issues?

This has been an on going issue for a month and a bit now. Can we please have a status update on this as for someone who plays mainly on mobile now, it's not really fair to have paid for a membership and hardly be able to play the game properly.

I've had some intermittent success with getting stack values by moving the items into my inventory and restarting. As a mostly mobile player too this is extremely inconvenient but I can still play.

Clicking the item if its a consumable typically fixes the issue, as does teleporting (ironically) clear across the map to a whole new chunk, like going from GE to Cammy also fixes the items in my inventory.

And then if that doesn't work, than usually just ignore it for 20-30 minutes.

Or lastly, login out completely, closing the app entirely, and restarting the app on a clean start
