Bump
This has been an on going issue for a month and a bit now. Can we please have a status update on this as for someone who plays mainly on mobile now, it's not really fair to have paid for a membership and hardly be able to play the game properly.

I've had some intermittent success with getting stack values by moving the items into my inventory and restarting. As a mostly mobile player too this is extremely inconvenient but I can still play.
Clicking the item if its a consumable typically fixes the issue, as does teleporting (ironically) clear across the map to a whole new chunk, like going from GE to Cammy also fixes the items in my inventory.
And then if that doesn't work, than usually just ignore it for 20-30 minutes.
Or lastly, login out completely, closing the app entirely, and restarting the app on a clean start
