Got on RS mobile to play, and once I loaded into the world I crashed immediately. Figured the game needed an update, so went and updated the game. Still having the same issue. No fix has worked, and I've literally tried everything. Any help or am I just screwed out of using my phone to play RS mobile?

The Mobile client is a little notorious for this, unfortunately. It might be worth trying the following:

1. Clear the game's cache. This can be done through your device's settings.
2. Close all background apps. Applications running in the background can cause RS to run slower, or even crash.
3. Uninstall the game, and try a fresh install.

it won't get fixed fast, been like it for a long time
no matter where and on which platform you post you only get the big standard, it's your fault, replies I know what I want to do, but can rarely achieve it

Try this:
1. Uninstall the app.
2. Restart your phone.
3. Reinstall the app.
4. Restart your phone again.
5. Try to launch it.

If that doesn't seem to help, try disabling your Wi-Fi and using Mobile Data. If your Wi-Fi was previously off and you were on Mobile Data, try a Wi-Fi connection.

So I'm basically experiencing the same thing any time I log in now almost immediately I will be logged out and kicked back to my home screen same with teleporting with the loadstones or any teleport spell. I've been having this happen for weeks now and am very upset that nothing has been done yet I feel like I've lost the money I've spent on my membership that now weeks are getting cut into it and I can't use it basically😡🤬 and I've done everything they have said to do to "fix" this problem and it has done nothing different and it happens on both my wifi connection and my mobile data and it's just this game all my other games are working fine even old school runescape it's just runescape 3 mobile hope this problem gets fixed soon and some compensation for the time I've missed!😡🤬 DMAC

Same here. My mobile client was working fine I got my new phone. Yesterday morning it crashed upon login. It gets in, I can see my character and it crashes every time I try. I tried everything listed on this page. I even unistalled the client, rebooted my phone into recovery mode, cleared the phone's cache partition, and reinstalled the client. Same thing. I submitted a ticket to Jagex listing all I had tried and the response said try reinstalling the client proving that the person responding didn't even bother to read my request. I've been a paid member for years, c'mon Jagex.

My phone is a Samsung S20, less than a year old. I haven't rooted it or any other mods. Why did my client work great and suddenly die 1 day before double xp weekend?
