What is the issue?: UI takes up 99% of my screen.

I have been playing on mobile since release and it has worked fine besides a few bugs. The patch that released on 02/08/2021 completely broke the game. The UI takes up almost the entire screen now. Some parts are off screen such as the red x when I open up the options. Text and icons are also overlapping. I did a fresh install which initially said my account was locked for security reasons but then let me log in 30 seconds later. Also the shadows are set to high but only draw up to where my character is standing now and disappear if I look down.

Does restarting the client fix the issue?: No, I even adjusting the scaling in my device settings which had no effect to the rs3 client.

First off keep up the good work! The UI is unplayable with the scaling so large on the mobile platform. Allowing the ability to adjust this scaling settings would give us our game back. The scaling was perfect before the update. Now all of my X buttons are off screen. Please keep me updated. I wouldn't mind rolling this update back if you allowed us to do so. I love being able to run rs3 on my phone the game actually runs better on mobile than my Microsoft Surface Laptop 2. Until this update.....

What is the issue?: Upon login, the game completely glitches out as it pre-loads inventory icons. But the real problem is the fact that no matter what I’m doing, after being logged in for 5+ mins, the game freezes upon my next movement. I *think* movement is what triggers it.
Where is the issue?: Everywhere
Does restarting the client fix the issue?: No, nor uninstalling & reinstalling.

I must have logged in upwards of 50-60 times yesterday (Feb 8th) and tried everything I could with my own internet connection & device. This is clearly the result of the update on that day, and the game is now completely unplayable on mobile. Which sucks because it’s the only way I can play now. Would love to know how ill be credited for all the in-game time lost as a result of this. I’d also happily accept any update on the iOs release. Honestly anything at all. For a company that made it clear they’re switching their focus to mobile this year.. not off to a great start, eh?
