Hi there,

Firstly, you should note that RS3 and OSRS accounts are separate, and your stats/items will be different on both games. This was noted on your other threads, but your problem sounds more like a mobile issue to me. If you're playing through a mobile device, it could well be that your device is signing you in with a connected account, rather than with your regular account. This would explain why you can still see your stats on the hiscores.

This is a known problem. You have accidentally created a new Runescape account tied to your Game Center account. For some reason, the mobile client sort of latches on to this account, and always logs in to it, regardless of what login name and password you type in.

The solution is to add an email login name to the new account.

Log in on the mobile client. Open the account settings (button with the head and shoulders figure + a cogwheel) - you may need to complete Tutorial Island to get access to this button. Then link the account with an email address. You will need an email that is not already used as a Runescape login name.

Once you complete that, the client will log out, and you should then be able to log in with your usual account.

this didn't work unfortunately. I have the same problem on my account, it acts as if im on tutorial island and won't allow me to do simple things like open the settings menu or even the minimap. Keeps saying im not allowed or I can access that after tutorial island and gives me the tutorial island task guide to follow asking me to talk to a guy that I don't have access to anymore. Any thoughts?
