I was checking play store, and was able to download the early access. The game looks nice and good job for the developers.

But why isnt there a "steering wheel" on the bottom left of the screen, instead of clicking around to move?

Just how the game works. Think Jagex stated they have tried using Joysticks/arrow keys in the past but due to how movement works in the game, it makes things like entering banks and such more difficult. As a result they opted to keep it as a click game.
