On tge phone, i can't chat with my clan, instead i get a message saying that I'm not part of any clan and to join one......

I'm having the same issue of not being able to join my clan's clan chat. Only I'm not using my phone. I'm on my laptop. I've reported this issue twice with no change nor any reply from Jagex
