Random reset account on mobile

I have an Apple device and have never had problems using the mobile app to play, I have a couple of accounts but for some reason when I log into either one with different info and type in auth, it sends me to a new random account on tutorial island, and no matter what account I choose it still logs into the same random account that’s reset to tutorial island. If I log onto them on my PC everything is fine and good to go, but have been traveling so playing on mobile is ideal and need some help!

I've had this issue for a few weeks now, still no fix no matter what I try.

Edit- Found a fix
