Some people suggest that Jagex are not supporting iOS 10-12
I ask this as I have an iPad air running iOS 12.4.7(latest iOS for it) but cannot stay logged in for not than 30 seconds, it even crashes well before my little fella appears on the screen.

If the above information is true, or not could we have some statement either way and I will stop wasting time and effort oh and electricity trying to play a game I can't to access or assess for the developers.

A lot of people running iPad Pro iOS 13 up seem to be ok which sort of suggests what some others are implying is true. I realise that the forums are mainly a no go area for Mods and other Jagex people but you would think because of the beta they may just, once in a while, come on the forums.

I used the test flight feedback link which resulted in an email from Jagex referring to these forums, what does that tell you?

So any Mod or dev or w/e out there come on the forum and confirm or deny these rumours please. I know what I want to do, but can rarely achieve it

It's the 1GB RAM causing the issue, not the iOS version - crashes like you describe are usually due to out of memory

if that's the case why is it not mentioned in the reqs? all it says is iOS 10 and greater?
I could not see anywhere that the RAM was mentioned?
I was able to log on for 30 minutes today in a low populated world, so was the RAM ok then?
This is where help and guidance is need on the forums.
Does it mean I have to buy an iPad Pro to play rs? I know what I want to do, but can rarely achieve it

after a lot of messing about I managed to log on for 2 1/2 hours or so in 2 spells.
To achieve e this I had to select a world with less than 100 people, log in multiple times to be able to move from arch guild to the warforge then the el kharid dig site. Once at the area of was sorta steady though a bit joggy, which I can understand and deal with.

So it seems there could be more than one factor affecting iPad air running 12.4.7. I guess this is what the beta should find out, but still disappointed that no mention of RAM was made in the reqs, perhaps this is also a problem with some earlier iPhones that have also reported crashes like the ones I have experienced.

Seems like you boys may have your work cut out if you intend to in life is poor people with older Apple products. I know what I want to do, but can rarely achieve it
