Hi, im not sure how to explain this exactly but i guess to put it briefly,
i am a very regular player and have not had any issues regarding my account, graphics or any such. however, today when i decided to log out since i had work and came back to log in, i was able to log in, move to lobby and then when i clicked "play now" it moved me to a black screen with sometimes the "loading please wait" on the upper left side of the screen or sometimes just a black screen by itself, sometimes the music would play in the background and eventually just get stuck or sometimes just a black screen with nothing.
i have tried deleting the client/clearing the cache/ reloading the client, still no good.
i tried old school runescape, i was able to successfully log in and play, i even tried to log into an alternative account on runescape 3 trying to check if it was some problem with runescape server and i was able to, therefore leaving me to conclusion that only this account i was unable to play on.
if anybody could please help me out and let me know what this is or how i can fix it, i would really appreciate anyway i can get back to playing on my account as soon as possible.
