I bought 5 bonds on the mobile app the other day and just got a email from google play that the order was canceled and refunded. I never requested the transaction to be canceled or refunded I contacted them and they could not figure out what happened and told me to contact jagex. How do we correct this issue I have never had anything like this happen before and dont want my account banned or locked for an error that was not my fault. I did receive the bonds so it's only right that your company gets paid for it.
