Chat Scrolling Vanished

I think this happened as of this morning. I no longer have the ability to scroll through my chat on my pixel 3. I'm just smelting some protean bars and cannot scroll. My chat is actually stuck near the top of the chat messages so I can't see the most recent items.

EDIT: Oddly, changing worlds fixed the issue.

Hmm, I've been having the same issue... closed and restarted the app, but I didn't change worlds. I was on world 64 while experiencing the issue. I submitted a bug report as well, but I was curious if I was alone with this issue.

Edit: I'm thinking the world might not matter, you just have to switch once the chat box is full enough to be scrollable.

Hello.
I have this happen if i had not been in a while,i did randomly fix it without relogging but i did not expect it so ill get back to you on that part as it was some menu/interface i went to.

I find even when my chat is scroll enabled
It always shoots to the top of the chat when switching worlds or going into lobby and back.


EDIT: it is posible that Switching between revolution,manual and legacy may allow scrolling again. might take some tries. now with less potato!

Yup same issue, half the time it does not even show new messages. It's like it does not even update.

Not sure if I'm going made either but I logged out with 80k xp until 94 fishing and logged back in with only 40k? Not sure if your all the same as me but mine started when I used all my x2 xp up.
