Game crashes mere seconds after I log in. I am able to get to Lobby but after I choose my world it takes me right back to my home screen on my phone. I've addressed this issue two or three months ago and I have not gotten a response back yet. Can someone help me please. I am on a Samsung Galaxy A10 e so I'm not sure exactly what I can do. Please help. I've been playing this game since old school and I would really like to get back on it.

If I'm reading this correctly, the A10 only has a 1.35GHz processor and 2 GB of RAM on board?

This could be part of your problem. When the game attempts to load in all its assets, your phone is simply unable to keep up with processing demands, so the app crashes and goes back to your home screen. @Lisaa_RS - Followed by @Runescape

Ok, thank you. So what do you suggest? What do I need to be able to play RS3? Like what type of processor and how much GB of RAM? That's what I need to know. I'm not really knowledgeable in that area. Could you please help once again? It sucks not having a computer! Lol
