I have begun the quest, and picked up Nuff's Certificate.
I showed it tp the Chef and ran back to the cosmic altar to read the stone tablet.
However, a couple steps later, I end up on a penguin island after following the fairy ring locations. I have all the levels and requirements and double/triple checked the fairy codes to be sure I input them correctly. Its just not decoding the certificate when I read the tablet. Help please!

I think you got to try the correct order ,you are trying to get to the hideout?
It sends you there when its not the right order i think. now with less potato!
potato amounts may vary,read the varrock herald for more information.

It appears part of the quest is currently bugged. I recommend you report it in-game.

However, as far as I'm aware it only affects fairy rings. Countless others has had issues with this quest back in january and december, so I recommend you work through these guides just to be sure.
