I'm on a samsung j6+, I have tried everything, and I've sent in tickets to no avail. Once the app launches, I can hear the menu music but there is just a black screen. I've tried reinstalling, clearing data/cache, leaving the app open for long periods of time. Nothing works, no response on this matter either..

Same issue here on J4+. OSRS works fine, Runescape Mobile does not. From what I can tell online its the J4+ and J6+ that do this, no one has a fix. Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, but same black screen on start up with music. sometimes i get taken to a new window to sign into google or read terms and services if i click around on screen. Hopefully this helps
