so I managed to wrong warp successfully here's some examples
please contact me by other means where I can explain how this works for it to be fixed as posting here I believe this can negatively impact the game if used for exploits. e.g. wrong warp in a boss room to effectively kill the boss without taking damage.
I haven't tested this too much as I know it can result in a ban however before I posted here I have discovered around 4 ways to make this occur.
This lets you de-sync your local client to the server version e.g. the server will still believe you are in the location you warped to giving you NPC for that location but also giving you NPC of the other location. you could wrong warp to a summoning obelisk and have the bank right next to you for example.
I believe if I was to test this (which I have only found root causes and not exploited this or attempted any malicious intent) you could de-sync your local client with the wrong warp and update the server at the same time by teleporting to a location and may cause a duplication of items if done correctly however I only believe that in theory.
Edit - Update: I have tested this one last time as I refuse to do this again as this is game-breaking I have successfully done duplication on some normal bones and this works. I will no longer attempt this anymore as of fear of being banned. I am 100% compliant and willing to share all the information about this. I technically may have broken TOS by doing so however I have more detail information on how this works. I will not share this information with others apart from Jagex/Runescape. Just an example of stuipd things I do for hours on end in RS3
