Playtime (Approx): 30 min to 45 min
At the time of the crash I was: hefin course, JOT, mining
Can it be reproduced: not by an action

my mobile client loges out suddenly after 30 to 45 min usually. I havent had any wifi troubles on this device or other devices on the same wifi during the same time as the logouts. After getting logged out i have to close the game and restart it to be able to login again.




Separate, on this device i can't leave a friends chat due to the summoning button is in the way to click the "leave friends chat" button.

And I havent found a way to check how much more XP is needed before i level up in a skill, did i miss something here? Or is it not possible on the moment?

So I bought a 2019 Samsung Tablet A 10.1, just for RS3 Mobile, and mobile works on my very very very outdated phone, but on my new tablet that runs Android 9.0 that's capable of running about anything, the Google Play store states "Your device is not compatible". How is RS going to release this app that's not even compatible with all Android devices that meet the required criteria? I've been a member for a year now but others signed up for Member just for the "early access" of the official RS3 Mobile app just to find out the app isn't compatible even though their device, THOUGH IT SHOULD BE. We've received no detail on what devices ARE and are NOT compatible, other than "if you have Android 7.0 or higher you'll be fine", which come to find out is a total lie. RuneScape needs to get this in order, you have people wasting money on the idea that RS3 Mobile is accessible for all those who have Android 7.0 and up, and that is completely misleading. Wasting peoples hard earned money and time.

@AlexanderN** Im sorry to hear that you have this problem. But it's a early acces, i didnt doubt there would still be errors and bugs in it. I do agree on "not being able to install" is a rather big one. And i wish they will focus on that one before any of "my issues".

Why would you buy a really cheap tablet and be upset when it doesn't play a game, return it. You can buy a tablet s4 for 263 dollars at best buy if you look. A razor phone 2 plays it fine too, you can find those for 250. I'm pretty sure that tablet wouldn't run it anyways, I had a a50 and tried to play runscape and it ran like garbage and skipped all over. So don't get the 5e tablet either, I'm pretty sure that has the same CPU as the a50. The tab 10a would have a even worse kne. The only ones I've seen to run It well are snapdragon 835 845 and 855 so when you look to buy something to play, look for those 3. Mind you don't go with the Chinese off brands I've read a few posts that said those don't work either.

i have played for hours at a time and never got booted, with a razer 2, and A tab s4. Sounds like you are over heating it and it's crashing something. I'd say factory reset and disable all apps that you can, and try again. The only way I found to see exp is to attack something or use it and a little circle comes up and shows you, but it's not a number just a bar. There is also a tab for the levels that's have little bars, I didn't see anyway to change it to numbers.
