Clue Scroll Problem

Not sure if this is a bug or just a problem with my phone.
Whenever I open a clue scroll and it is on a map clue, the clue scroll background shows up but the map doesn't and a few seconds after opening, my app crashes. Restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling, and destroying the clue scroll and doing another does not fix the issue. This problem happens no matter what level of clue scroll I do.

I have the same problem tried to open a map clue and it crashed my tablet
