Rs mobile is too quiet?

Rs is too quiet even after maxing all in game sound settings and phone volume settings.
This "problem" is appears only in RS3. It is also annoying to max out volume for rs3 to hear something in silent room and then to remember to set it doe* again before opening any other soud creating madia application like Osrs mobile, is there any setting
Not yet tested with headphones but that is not what this is about
