I have noticed that all the problems came hand in hand with the UI update... Thankfully the bank crashing was fixed, but now I just crash randomly after being on for 30 seconds to a minute. I know there has already been a post about crashing, but its not so much a result of opening interfaces for me, its just the fact that it lags until it crashes the game. Now, before the UI update, I didn't have this problem. In fact, before the UI update, many people could play the game without much trouble. Now they did this whole UI update and though I really like the layout and the new look, it is not good for the game. It has been massively debilitating for a large group of people trying to play on mobile. Someone a while back has suggested being able to change the UI to back to the way it was in the options menu, but keeping the newly released version as well. Sounds like a good idea to me. Or, just totally redo it if you have to so that it doesn't start crashing the game every which way for hundreds of players/testers and actually test it on different phone models to make sure it works good. I have a newer phone model and it is just a cheapie *100 Galaxy J7 Crown, but before the UI update, the game ran fine. It would crash like once in a blue moon. Choosing to remove phone models from the compatibility list for the game is not the right answer. It is the UI that is doing it for many people, and it seems lazy to exile people from the game becuase you have released an yodate that has flawed it's playablity for them. Its mot our phone's fault, its whatever programming you used to make this new UI. Anyway, any type of fix for the crashing would be much appreciated by countless testers. Maybe you can find a way to fix it without changing anything, Idk. Don't boot us from beta though, just fix it please. This is a dev error, not a user error.
