Bugs(haven't found that many so good job!):
-upon death, the health bar stays empty sometimes, it doesn't show your red healthbar until you get hit.
-interactive clicking (not sure if bug or just mistake in design) is close to invisible. No idea when walking towards something/interacting with something
-legacy mode: in legacy mode, abilities at the left side of your screen stay visible while the ones on the right side do disappear (with or without a menu open at the right side)
Suggestions: I personally think the new UI is way more approachable than before but it's still flawed. These ideas came from basic skilling, afking, questing, Elite dungeons, Dungeoneering
-hold(for 3 seconds) to change ribbon instead of having to go into a separate menu.
-I'm alright with the mobile milking TH Keys/Runecoins being displayed on the homescreen but your gp should be displayed while playing in either inventory or implemented with the map/home teleport UI
-enlarge minimap if possible but I get that this is a difficult task with the lack of screenspace. Maybe give a "skilling UI" mode where the minimap enlarges because the only thing u need is your inventory. (Maybe put minimap in the place where your abilities are displayed once a player activates skilling mode)
-questing needs some overhaul for mobile, maybe a built in link to the RS3 wiki for every quest that opens on top of the game, not in a separate browser app.
