My spell book does not work

A few days ago I log in to mobile. Spellbook works fine on mobile. When I log back in desktop. my spell does not work. Such that I can not do any magic combat.

IDK if anyone else having this problem

Sounds like my problem. Did not connect logging into mobile. However, I did login to mobile. I have no spells. I can cast a spell although with staffs. I had 300 to 500 runes for each element in my backpack. All my elemental staffs work. My magic level is 65. Trying to do family crest quest. I can kill monster with staff, but it doesn't drop a crest piece. Cannot complete family crest quest.
