I used to have access to the beta, and when I got my new S10+ (previously owning the S7 and playing it on there) I lost access when installing and trying to play it on my new phone. No idea who I should message or ask for help.. I message support with automatic replies telling me to read up pointless topics that don't help.

U need to log in to ur old google plus account and go into ur library and redownload ithe app from there and u should be able to get back on that's what i did when i got a new phone

Thats really bizarre. I got a new phone like 2 months ago and I had no issues. If you are using Android, the Google account that is linked to the email address which you recieved your mobile beta acceptance email should have indefinite and unlimited access to the game on any mobile device. Do you have more than one Google account? I have 2 myself that I use for Google Play and only one of them was given the beta invitation. When I went to download Runescape the other day, it said that the early access was currently full. I checked to see which of my Google accounts I was using and I realized I was on my secondary account and not my main. Once I switched to my main account, it said I was in the early access program and everything was good to go. Thats the only possible thing I can think of that could be tripping you up.
