Runescape mobile disappeared?

So me and my fiance each got a new phone (Samsung Note 10+), and when she went to play mobile it worked flawlessly (and let me just add very amazing with a stylus).
When I went about the same task, I was shocked to see that OSRS mobile was installed, but not RS3 mobile. When I went to the Google Play Store, the download option said "early open access wait for a spot" basically... so now I'm kinda pissed since I literally got this phone for this game. "If i ever get a blue partyhat, i'll get a tattoo of it..."

I wanted to start bossing on mobile at gwd1 to get titles, not to mention I hop on so often to buy from stores and do my thing keys "If i ever get a blue partyhat, i'll get a tattoo of it..."
