Can't find sentinel outfit after i discovered it in invention workshop. I got 54k max fragments of it too. Plz fix.

I am having the same trouble. I have spoken the Wilfred and have all the fragments, but I cannot find the blueprints or any way to make the outfits.

I have 3 outfit pieces stored with Diango.
