Hey,

I just made a new account on my mobile to try it out. I saw in the top left corner free 7 days trial and i saw a video how to do it so i wanted to try it. So i signed up for it ending up paying for 1 month without getting the week free trial. So now i have paided for a month membership on a account i probably barely gonna play on. It is not really fair to say free trial when the trial doesn't even exist. So i hope you can give me my money back because i consider this as not really my fault.

I'm hoping to hear from you

Okay ummm, this is highly confusing so I need to address multiple points.

I believe the 7-day trial relates to Old School RuneScape, while this subforum is for RS3's Android beta.

Secondly, you don't need to create a new account for either mobile app. Both RS3 and OSRS mobiles platforms are fully compatible with existing accounts. For RS3, however, you need membership to log into the app (subject to change upon full release). @Lisaa_RS - Followed by @Runescape

Ok sorry that it is so confusing. It's correct that it is about osrs and i didn't know that i was on the rs3 subforum. Maybe i didn't need to make a new account but i ended up doing so and trying to start the trial so any help with that question?
