In Google Play, select "My apps and games" tab. You will find all the apps you had downloaded with your Google account, including RuneScape Mobile.

You may be able to transfer the apk file from your phone, to your computer, and then transfer it from your computer, to your new phone @Lisaa_RS - Followed by @Runescape
