There's a difference between mobile and desktop when clicking on a drop that has a single item:
- Desktop - pick up
- Mobile - show area loot UI

This is very annoying especially on Uncharted Islands where there are lots of drops to pick.

I hope it's not intentional, as the goal with mobile is to reduce clicking and not add more.
