I don't mean to sound angry, but I am. Why wasn't Android beta released at the same time as the iPhone beta? It's not fair at all that only half of the mobile community gets access (even if it's just a limited-space beta), and has had access for many months now.

iPhone users are STILL waiting.

i've also wondered where the iphone beta went...
it's funny how they said when the beta for android released stated "Hang in there iOS users, your turn won't be long now!"... it's been a long wait now if i'm gonna be honest.

come on Jagex the beta for android have been out for 6-8 months now...
when's the iphone users turn???

I totally agree. I specifically subscribed to members for RS3 mobile. I can only play a few minutes on my desktop daily. But on mobile that goes up to several hours.

iOS client was already beta tested last year for the two weeks. What could have possibly broken it so badly that it's SO FAR behind Android?

Furthermore it is a known fact that iOS users spend more money on mobile purchases than Android. Financially, shouldn't Jagex prioritize iOS users? As much as I would like to switch to an Android model, I'm not willing to spend hundreds of dollars just to get a temporary phone.

The amount of RS bonds I could buy with that cash would allow me to be a billionaire in game

If you read the App Store Review Guidelines (https://developer.apple.***/app-store/review/guidelines), an iOS beta must comply with these guidelines.

2.2 Beta Testing
Demos, betas, and trial versions of your app don** belong on the App Store – use TestFlight instead. Any app submitted for beta distribution via TestFlight should be intended for public distribution and should comply with the App Review Guidelines.

3.1.1 In-App Purchase:
Apps offering “loot boxes” or other mechanisms that provide randomized virtual items for purchase must disclose the odds of receiving each type of item to customers prior to purchase.

One glaring problem (based on the snippets from the guidelines) is possibly Treasure Hunter, as Jagex must disclose the odds of obtaining each coloured gem and also the individual odds of prizes within each coloured gem category, if TH keys can be purchased directly within the app. There may be some other reason why there's no closed iOS beta yet, but Mod Shauny said during one Twitch stream before that they already have an "in-house" iOS beta running at the moment.
Clue Drops -> 3a Range Top (h357), 3a Full Helm (h439), 3a Druidic Staff (e969), Barrows Dye (h1755, h2546, e680, e1567, e2038, e2160, m480, m783, m862), Shadow Dye (e510, e1970, e1985, h2948), Ice Dye (e1539, e2804), 3a Dye (e3129)
