There any way to toggle the load screen for when u telly or go to a different area? It was off before then after an update it turned back on and I can't turn it off on mobile and it's annoying I really don't like having it on

Yet again the game ***** up. Now when I tele to Burthorpe it freeze on map loading and I hae to close the game and restart. FFS Jagex!!!!!!!!!!!! Try and get something right without ******* the game up any more !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
