Brightness randomly darkens

My brightness in game will randomly become so dark I can barely see my character, especially in already dark areas such as caves. I don't know what causes it, but it happens to me if I play for long enough pretty much every time I play. closing the app entirely fixes it, but it keeps happening. Sometimes it will happen when I teleport, other times when quests change scenes. I think it is a problem with rendering new environments. Once it happens, it does not go away even if I teleport again or change scenes again. I have to close the app.

I'm having the same issue. Auto brightness is disabled when in game, but it will randomly darken to the point where things are hard to distinguish. Or it will start very dark. Closing the game and reopening solves the problem 99% of the time.

This is what I came here for. I'm having this issue randomly and it makes it so you can barely see anything unless you're in complete darkness. I have 2 pictures taken maybe 30 seconds apart if I can figure out how to upload. It's like it's an issue with skyboxes on mobile.

I'm fairly coding illiterate but I think I figured it out

Here's the darker skybox which makes it really hard to see what you're doing, especially in darker areas like living rock caverns



Here's a moment later after I closed out of the program and restarted it
