World map issue?

Unsure what thread to post this in or if i should use the in game report issue option, but i thought that while viewing the full screen world map that lyou were supposed to beable to tap on a mining icon, woodcutting icon, or quest icon and have chat bubble pop up telling you what kind of mining rocks or trees are there or the name of the quest if tapping on a quest icon. I was able to do this one time by happy Coincidents but have not been able to repeat. Has that capability been removed from the mobile version? I am using a samsung galaxy s8 if that makes a difference. Please write back or message me in game if im on skyknight88
