I have taken several hiatuses over the years and still never made my way into any 99s but am now actively working on the goal of maxing my account. During my return, I have come to realize there was a 20th anniversary event with an armour set that I missed out on. My main question is: will this be available again each anniversary in the same way that holiday events make previous items available or did I just completely miss out? I would love to add that piece of equipment to my account but it was made untradable. That is where the root of my curiosity rises. Am I just out of luck because of my time away, despite my account being nearly as old as the event itself?

To answer your question, yes. After completing the next Old School Birthday Event, you'll unlock all previous birthday event and anniversary event rewards.
