COVID-19
We are all aware of the latest developments concerning the COVID-19 (commonly known as coronavirus), therefore I'd like to communicate proactively on what we should do for and advise to those involved in events around Gielinor to prevent a
virtual
second wave of the COVID-19 outbreak.
Please keep an eye on the relevant event posts for event-specific announcements from my or the organizer's side. If you partner with or have registered for one of the events, you may rest assured that we will contact you personally in case of relevant new developments.
We MUST take the following precautionary measures at and around the events:
- Until further notice, a no-handshake policy will be in place at the event.
- Attendees from risk areas (according to WHO guidance), or who believe they may have been exposed to the virus are asked to message me immediately in-game and not to attend the event – a slot will be reserved for a future event.
- We will provide available hygiene products, protocols and actions, like
Sanfew serums
, additional cleaning of high-volume touchpoints and more.
- If at any stage during the event (or afterwards) you feel unwell or concerned that you may have symptoms, please take the following steps:
Self-isolate – either in your Player-owned House or in Port Phastmays
Seek medical attention in East Ardougne from Dr. Orbon
Contact the organizer directly as a matter of urgency to let him or her know
