I highly suggest giving the WDR (We Do Raids) discord a try if you're looking to learn TOB. Many experienced players there who specialize in raiding and they would be happy to teach you. Also, it would be worth checking out the official worlds for TOB (374, 376, 388) and asking around to see if anyone is teaching or willing to teach.
