Mod Zig here from Player Support!
Firstly, please accept my full apologies for the issues you have all been encountering whilst trying to log into Runescape and Old School mobile.
We have received a small number of players contacting us reporting the same issue and we have been working tirelessly behind the scenes get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
It would appear that the majority of the players who have experienced this issue are now back in game so I really hope that is the case for you, as well!
However! If you are still struggling to login to either Runescape Mobile or Old School Mobile, please follow these steps:
- Please do not use any auto-fill features. Please make sure to enter your login credentials manually.
- Clear cached files and Cookies
- Delete and re-install app
- Make sure your mobile device has the most up to date operating system
Additionally, the more information we have, the better! If you could please let us know the information of the device you were using, this will really help us prevent the issue in the future.
- Make and Model of mobile device
- Operating system (E.g. iOS 7 or Android 11)
- Game version, Runescape or Old School
