Pvp: allow special attack orb to work in pvp. It is not overpowered if enabled at all, plus it will encourage more mobile players to do some pvp content. Trying out LMS was a disaster on mobile. Most pc players use function keys when pking which allows them to 1 tick ags to gmaul easily.
Pvm: allow inventory and prayer book tabs to open at the same time. Not having * keys is brutal while playing OSRS. I understand that many players choose to afk while on mobile, but there are some who enjoy end game pvm content like myself.
OSRS Mobile on release was amazing and exceeded my expectation, however it seems like there arent more QoL updates for mobile players. I personally have made a level 3 account when mobile was released and now im 2k+ total level and a ton of pvm bossing under my belt and every day i could think of how something can be improved. Oh and Runelite is insanely overpowered, especially scouting raids for Chambers of Xerics.
I personally would use runelite if I had a pc/laptop but its just not attainable at the moment. I hope the OSRS team can implement scouting for raids on the vanilla client one day.
