Well since the place to report this is members only....

1). Stronghold of security is bugged ( 1st chest is stuck on 2 way setup i.e. I have all setup and it's caught up).

2). Might want to fix the forums for all players. If mobile is free then forum access should be as well kinda no brainer.

After 20 years thought y'all would've has this down pat. Especially old school coding being transferred to mobile.

1) Bug Reports like the one you mention have to be done from inside the game.
Instructions: How to report a Bug
Also, note that it's best to try the bugged gameplay on the official client before submitting a Bug Report. Some 'bugs' found while using an unofficial client are just problems with the unofficial client itself and not actually in the game.

2) The only minimum requirement to post in the forums is a Total Level requirement.
There is no restriction on a F2p account posting in the forums other than that.
Membership is not required.
