Problem logging in on mobile

Hello, I have an iron man account I made a while back on pc and I occasionally play on mobile but recently took a few month break and now I am trying to log back in on mobile and I am getting a wrong log in error. I know I am using the correct email and password because I can log in on PC just fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

So, you log in on a pc and get into the game just fine then log out and immediately try a mobile login and get told the login/password is wrong?

Are you getting told the login/password is wrong or are you getting in to the game but find yourself on Tutorial Island in a brand new account?

The usual fix I recommend is try clear your browser cache.
Post back if that doesn't help.

I had this same issue and managed to fix it.

My default browser was google chrome and when logging in on the client it would redirect me to the website to log in. Although i was entering the correct information it would tell me it was incorrect, As soon as I switched my default browser on my mobile device to Samsung Internet, when redirected from the client to website to log in my information worked perfectly fine.

So for me it was a Google Chrome on mobile issue. Anyway hope this helps.

having the same troubles
I been playing this game for a long time without any of those issues
But now with this update i cant login
I delete the app and reinstalled thinking “maybe is my mobile”
But nothing the same problems still remains.


Idk if it’s helpful this comment but plis make something
I am ios user.
