All my apps are up to date, including my phone (Android S10) restarted my phone several times...app only works when connected to wifi. Without wifi, it just says "Error connecting to server, please check your network connection and try again" its been a week. I want a refund. Thanks

So I figured it out. It worked after I deleted the app, restarted the device, reinstalled the app. Then I logged in like normal. If you logout or get discounted; however, you need to sign out of your account completely in whatever client you have with the Jagex login. But once you log out and then in again, you should be able to log in for one session. If you log out, repeat these steps to login.

mentioned above? This often does the trick when facing these kind of login issues. DO make sure your mobile device is running on the latest available version/update for both mobile and the application.
