Hacked or technical issue?

Dont know if anyone else experience this today, I was in security stronghold before I log out, 2 hours later when I log back in, I am in lumby with absolutely nothing on.

I checked my bank, all my equipment are still there except for my darts, but all my GOLD are gone.

I would assume if I get hacked, all my stuffs would've been taken too?

Anyways, I just learned that it is Jagex policy not to return hacked item, so just want to check if this is a hack or not.

I am ending my subscription, if case it was a hack, cos no point playing a game that keeps reseting?
