Issue with umbral chest

I keep having a issues with actually getting my umbral chest from the prime event.

I have linked my account and gone through all the steps, I even reported it as a bug and tried reclaim it, it says I have claimed it but still nothing.

Do I have to talk to a certain npc, or is there something certain I have to do in game inorder to actually acquire it?

The Umbral Chest is part of the RS3 rewards. You need to log into the RS3 game version to find it.

There are different rewards for OSRS players.
