i mostly play on my iPad at home and have a laptop, back to my point when ever i log into osrs on my iPad it will ask for authentication code and when i do, have no membership and my account is back on tutorial island i can log in to my account just fine on my laptop doing slayer but moblie is broken my whole account

Log into the game on your mobile, set a character name on the new Tutorial Island character then go into account settings and set a login/password.
Instructions: Add a login email to Game Center accounts

Then fully log out and you should be good to go with your regular account.

There is a known problem at the moment with iOS stickying the account login to Game Centre and creating a new account if you don't already have a Game Centre RS game.
