I have had similar issues to the problem described above.
Short summarise:
I recently updated to iOS 14. Before the update, the mobile app worked well. After the update, it wouldn't start due to it needed an update, had to reinstall the app (did it via osrs home page). The app then loaded, but when I tried to log in it told me I needed to be on a f2p world, when I did that it logged into Tutorial Island. The account is created on pc, and the same login and password used as I always use (picked the "Continue with RuneScape account" option). Did the same with the "Trust this device for 30 days" on/off. App has also been deleted and reinstalled, the same result.
Is there any more troubleshooting advice I could try?
