Hello, I’m having a problem with my mobile app. Trying login and said I needed to be a member, been a member for awhile. Login using username and Authenticator, hop to a free to play think it was a payment issue and once I logged in my account, my account was on tutorial island with no stats? Main source of playing is mobile, then check my account on my IPad mobile app and my account is fine where I left of. Tried deleting and reinstalling app but it does the same. Any help please. packboy99

It sounds like you accidentally created a new account in the log in process (it is quite easy to do this with the mobile app ).

Make sure you have fully logged out of this new account before trying to re-enter your existing account.
Don't just close the app or skip anything, it takes three steps to fully log out of a mobile app account.

Once you complete the three steps you will find yourself on the primary login screen that shows two login options:
* continue with Google account (or Game Centre account if iOS)
* continue with RuneScape account
