I followed the suggestion for logging in through samsung internet rather than my default browser. In the top right there is a "menu" button on the mobile browser login screen. Click that and the last option is something like "open in samsung browser". Boom fixed it. Seemed to be a browser issue for me.
This is a copy paste from another thread. Hope this helps. Others have said to clear cache's but that didnt work for me.
