I just resubbed recently (2 days ago?) back into the game, on my lvl 123 main. I have a brand new built pc - no bloatware installed- only runescape, firefox, and discord. Also have a new iphone since Sunday last week. When installing my auth 2FA I reset it to my new phone, cleared my old phone completely and sent back to AT&T. I confirmed 2FA was enabled, and I've already had to use it once so I know it worked. Google Auth by the way.
I have only logged in a few times at home on the new pc, the rest at work on a very secure wifi - I work at a hospital and I'm on an extremely secure network due to patient confidential files/info. I login on my short lunch breaks to level crafting lately.
Today I login to do some barrows/crafting and my account is completely cleared, over 300m worth of items, gear etc gone. My bank pink is still the same? and my 2FA is disabled. I have zero emails on my gmail about resets etc. Worst part is the time it took me to get the items, I literally just paid to resub and now I don't even want to try to get it all back..I don't have that time now.
Are there mobile hacks going on? Cause I did everything I was suppose to do according to jagex
