Are you talking about an actual mouse or trackpad? Trackpad/mouse support was added in iPadOS 13.4. Have you updated your iPad to the latest software yet? I’m currently able to use my mouse while playing, although it isn’t fully optimized yet since it’s fairly new software on the iPad.

Hello I see that the Bluetooth mouse to mobile device function was updated for the IpadOS 13.4..
But what about for android devices? I do not own a computer but i can connect my phone to the t.v like a computer and use a mouse and keyboard just fine on All other apps. But Osrs does not work properly when i connect the bluetooth mouse to my Samsung Glaxy S10+. Please Update it would be very helpful especially for maintaining a good posture.

The issue with this is how RS Mobile operates.

Since the iPad and other tablets are touchscreen, it's hard to say whether or not a mouse would even be compatible with the app or not. This is because the game is technically different in many ways. For instance, one can hold down their screen to right click an object/item.

As far as I'm aware, there isn't an option within the application to allow users to revert to the "client-based" RS - which would make using a mouse or trackpad viable.

So while you could theoretically connect a mouse to an iPad or tablet, I highly doubt it would work with the application in the way that you would want it to. The only thing I can think of that would be similar to this is if you had one of those Windows tablets or Microsoft Surfaces. These would technically be running the PC version of RS and would have the full compatibility with a mouse/trackpad.
