Hi reader!
Let me get to the point so you know...
I had my account hijacked of all my valuable items very recently.
I've been playing OSRS on my new mobile (Samsung Galaxy S9+) and wanted help with quests so I downloaded 'OSRS Wiki'. 2 days later I log into my account to find myself at castle wars bank with a rather less wealthy bank (bank pin still on, I also have an authenticator). The only diffrence I made was downloading OSRS Wiki to my mobile, so I assume this is the cuase of the Hijacking... be warned!
Also if a moderator can help I would be grateful but at this point I'm very angry I invested in a service that doesn't protect the customer for losses, due to the fact I bought bonds to sell in-game to purchase these items.
