MY MAIN WAS HACKED AND BANNED

my main account name is PVM MRSKILL, I just noticed after getting a new phone that I have been banned... my last log in myself was on in December of last year.. someone has been on my account and got me banned. Says offence date is March 19th but I haven’t been on since December on either or these accounts! Some please help!!!

Try using the customer support option at the top of the page. With a well-written appeal, along with providing evidence, they should be able to help you. It's what I did and it worked out! Don't panic, don't scream at them. They'll help you.

It depends what offence the account has been banned for as to whether you will be able to appeal.

Go to the Account Bans support page and read it.
The unappealable offences are listed.
As long as the offence your account was banned for is not on that list you can use the 'Appeal a Ban' button on the page. Note: you must be logged in to the banned account on the website.

You cannot provide evidence - you don't have any. :P
The account was used while you were absent from it.
It doesn't matter because Jagex already have all the information they need saved in the digital record of your account.

While you wait for a response (which can take up to 14 days), spend some time reviewing your security.

I would also change your password to your runescape account, the email associated with it, and set up the two step verification Jagex offers. This will help your account security and protect yourself from future hacks. Hello there! I'm literally that Scrub ;) +

Also I just found out if you go to My Account>Active Sessions> Click end all mobile or whatever. This will end all mobile saves on phones that may have your account on! That way if your info is saved then it should be deleted/ you need to reenter your information. However I still recommend changing your passwords and stuff though! Hello there!
