Tap input wrong after using GE

After using the grand exchange, input taps become offset by about half a fingers width above the actual input. This persists between multiple sessions even after logging in/out. Force closing the app will fix the issue, but only temporarily. This happens every time after viewing the grand exchange.

Repro: Visit the grand exchange. Open offers interface. Select buy and place an offer. Observe that taps for all input (inside an interface or open world) are offset by a half finger's width above where actually tapping.
